What Others Say About Me
"Her ability to adjust to students of different ages and to not just manage them but build up a rapport is commendable"Chris Kenworthy, Principal
St. Dominic's Primary School (28th August 2003) "We believe it would be a great injustice to the school and especially to the children if we could not retain Miss James' services and provide her with additional teaching hours. It is not very often that a teacher of this calibre comes along. Given Miss James' contributions to our children's education we urge St. Dominic's to do their utmost to keep her at the school where she belongs"Parents & Carers
St. Dominic's Kindergarten Class (22nd September 2003) "Tania James completed her Assistant Teacher Programme in my Pre-Primary and throughout her ATP Tania displayed a sincere and enthusiastic approach to her teaching responsibilities. She maintained a warm rapport with the children, and she was always well organised and her work ethic is of an extremely high standard"Trish Van Kann
Pre-Primary Teacher, Holy Spirit School (14th August 2002) "Tania has a keen interest in analysing whole school data to set goals and review policy for school improvement for both short term and long term growth. She keeps up with the latest educational research and shares this knowledge during professional learning community discussions with staff and when making school based decisions."Margaret Williamson
Aranmore Catholic Primary School Principal (4th November 2019) |
"Tania James has been absolutely AMAZING! Got to say, it's the first time in a long time that we've had someone support us who's realistic in terms of what really happens in schools and doesn't get bogged down and tunnel visioned with the whole NPP/ school plan thing in an unreasonable way."Ms Loretta Hackner
Assistant Principal, St. Peter's School Bedford (19th April 2013) "Tania is by far one of the most efficient and effective Assistant Principals I have worked with and I would have no hesitation re-employing her. Any organisation would be fortunate to have her working for them. "Robert Palladino - Principal, St Cecilia's Primary School
(30th October 2019) "From the very early stages of her tenure here, Tania showed leadership skills. She quickly took ownership of her new class, having taken over from an existing teacher who was going on maternity leave. She was willing to implement her own strategies and processes to ensure that the students in her care were given the best opportunity to learn."Mr Mark Powell, Principal
St. Benedict's Primary School (4th April 2013) "All the Teachers at St. Benedict's are brilliant, but we really wanted to say, you are a particular "stand out" as a teacher for our Sarah. Sarah has absolutely blossomed under your guidance and teaching style"Tim & Angela Scott
Parents at St. Benedict's School (December 2011) "I like the way you tried your best in solving issues at the exact time without waiting for things to get complicated. A job well done. Wish you all the best."Anonymous Feedback from DHOC peer review, (July 2019)

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tania. She is an exceptional woman who gives 100% to everything she undertakes. I believe Tania to be a strong leader and educator. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone fortunate enough to have her interest."Lina Bertolini, Principal
Majella Catholic Primary School (19th November 2013) "From Day 1, I knew we had struck gold with Tania. From the very first conversation, Tania's passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning was evident. Not only was Tania willing to open up professional dialogue, but willing to listen and then challenge our thinking around instruction and pedagogy. It was in these experiences that Tania demonstrated her quality as both a person and an educator."Mr Art Lombardi
Principal, Mary MacKillop Catholic Community Primary School (4th April 2014) "Tania is the only DHOC who wants to go directly to cover somebody's duty and never complaining about anything around her. She is a thoughtful and caring leader. She make me, personally as Indonesian staff, feel there is no gap between expatriate and local staff. I wish you all the best. Good luck for the new chapter of your life."

"For me, Ms Tania such a great leader. She concern and listen to our feedback. My feedback as a local staff, where some people don't listen to local staff. Ms Tania really try hard to be fair and polite also professional in the same time."Anonymous Feedback from DHOC peer review, (July 2019)
